As a writer, I collaborated with our company's leadership team to produce an article about our recent efforts to rebrand our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. This involved conducting extensive research and presenting the topic in an engaging and informative manner. My aim in this article was to serve as a helpful resource for anyone interested in learning more about our DEI programs and to inspire productive conversations and positive change within and beyond our organization.

April is Celebrate Diversity Month in the U.S., an initiative created in 2004 to recognize and honor the diversity surrounding us all. While it is a reminder to celebrate, at onsemi, diversity, equity, and inclusion are the foundation of their work throughout the year.
